由中央电视台、最高人民法院影视中心、青岛东唐影视科技有限公司出品的36集电视剧《阳光下的法庭》,将于4月8日起在央视综合频道晚8点黄金时间盛大开播。这是中央广播电视总台组建后,为积极贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,深入落实党的十九大和全国两会精神,全面深化依法治国实践,推出的一部“讲品位、讲格调、讲责任”的现实题材精品电视剧。  本剧以党的十八大之后推进的司法改革为时代背景,从一位国家二级大法官、省高级人民法院院长的视角切入,选取了在社会上产生广泛和积极影响的环境保护、跨国知识产权纠纷、平反冤错案件、攻克执行难、为民营企业发展提供司法保障等案例,以艺术化的表达,展示和剖析了人民法院在推进司法改革、建设智慧法院、维护公平正义等方面做出的积极探索和不懈努力,塑造了一批具有法治理想和法治情怀的司法工作者群像。  本剧演员阵容豪华,颜丙燕、王志飞、何冰、刘之冰、瑛子、田牧宸、廖京生、高明、牛宝军、果靖霖、姚安濂、田小洁、茹萍、萧松原、杨子骅、郑晓宁、陈逸恒、颜世魁、赵小锐等40余位实力派演员担纲主演。全部外景地在山东省青岛市取景,剧中东方省高级人民法院办公大楼是青岛海事法院办公楼实景,演绎精彩法庭辩论戏份的大法庭,也全部是在青岛海事法院大法庭拍摄完成。
黑色郁金香
一家跨国制药公司“葛安公司”,与国内某沿海城市合作兴建了一座大型生物工程基地。西海医院院长徐谦,感觉到葛安在医院下属的肝病医疗中心干着某种非法药物实验的勾当,但对方组织极其严密,违法活动不着痕迹。徐谦又发现葛安的人还意图窃取自己的导师、在世界流行病领域享有盛誉的肝病中心主任凌知渊正在秘密研究的某项重大科研成果(“黑郁金香”病毒研究)。   职责和良知让徐谦决定查出黑幕。而最有效的办法就是让黑幕的操作者信任自己。此时,徐谦发现自己患了一种不治之症——肌肉萎缩症。他知道最多半年时间,他就将躺在病床上,而最多两年时间,他将辞别人世。徐谦义无反顾地上了葛安公司的“贼船”,经过一场对方精心策划的“考试”后,徐谦成了生物工程基地的CEO……   葛安公司断定凌知渊手上的秘密研究具有极大的商业价值。于是他的女儿、高级流行病学专家凌子墨被从在国外的葛安总部派回了西海。她的身份是生物工程基地高级顾问,但总部的秘密意图,是让她慢慢接近其父手中的秘密研究,助其父一臂之力,并在她自己不知情的情况下,将医学情报透给葛安……   凌子墨回到西海,发现自己深爱的徐谦变得世俗、陌生甚至可怕。此种情形下,凌子墨与以前的恋人、一个因嫉恶如仇颇具个性而显得不合时宜的律师汪晓寒渐渐走得较近,徐谦为了让自己深爱的女友能在自己死前重新找到感情归宿,刻意做出一些不近情理伤害凌子墨的事,令凌子墨痛苦万分。   与魔共舞的徐谦,忍受着女友和导师朋友同事的误会,忍受着身体的痛苦和心灵的折磨,将收集到的犯罪分子们的罪证,以“蜘蛛侠”的网名不断给凌子墨发去电子邮件,指引凌子墨慢慢勘破其中的种种“悬机”。徐谦成了一个特殊的卧底和两面人,他想通过这样的方式里应外合让凌子墨汪晓寒等人将犯罪黑幕大白于天下。   “黑郁金香”病毒即将大面积爆发,凌知渊和凌子墨父女二人联手攻关,欲抢在病毒爆发前彻底破译它的基因密码。一场对黑郁金香科研成果的争夺战开始倾于白热化。葛安不惜代价不择手段要获取凌知渊父女的基因图。而最后黄雀在后的竟是凌知渊的助手、一个表面医术平平实则是此中高手的虞雅琴!当凌子墨等人终于意识到蜘蛛侠其实是徐谦时,徐谦为了保护黑郁金香的珍贵资料和虞雅琴等人展开了殊死搏斗,最后壮烈牺牲……   依据徐谦提供的重要证据,西海市市长一声令下,葛安公司的罪犯们被依法逮捕,无一漏网……   而人们敬仰的医学专家凌知渊,为了抢救病人自己感染了病毒,献出了生命……   美丽的海滨墓地前,人们络绎不绝地前来凭吊英雄,大海亦为之动容……
